Vex Condos gets its name from its concepts- CONVEX LENSES. The design is influenced by the seaside Miami Condos seen littered around Miami, Florida. The client is a developer with previous works in that area of the world hence the concept. 

The windows are wide and high to bring in the daylight through the open space open plan interior design of the flats. The Condos comprises of Studio flats, 2 and 3 Bedroom luxury flats designed to be the largest in Ikoyi area. Each flat is designed with possible flexibility to be easily reconfigured by the buyers. This was a point within the client’s brief being a company USP.
